Seduza set out to enter one of the most competitive categories in premium spirits: Tequila.

The challenge was bigger than creating another bottle for the shelf. The brand needed to stand apart in a market dominated by established names, while building a product, supply chain and positioning capable of working across both the UAE, Miami, and international markets.

That meant solving several things at once — liquid development, packaging, production economics, regulatory requirements, logistics, distribution and ultimately creating a brand relevant to a premium consumer.
We approached Seduza as a business first and a bottle second.

Working across Mexico, China, USA, and the UAE, Senses helped shape the commercial route from distillery to market:

- Distillery & Production: Supported the identification and coordination of production partners in Mexico while developing the product and flavour direction.

- Packaging Development: Challenged early bottle concepts and repositioned the design toward a more contemporary premium identity suited to art, fashion, nightlife, hospitality and luxury.

- Cost Engineering: Reviewed bottle, packaging, labelling and supply-chain costs to bring COGS closer to a commercially sustainable level.

- Supply Chain: Evaluated alternative logistics, labelling and export partners rather than allowing the business to become dependent on a single provider.

- UAE Market Entry: Explored importer, distributor and route-to-market opportunities for launch in the Emirates.

- Brand Positioning: Shaped Seduza around modern premiumisation: giving consumers a reason to drink less, but choose better when they do.
The project has moved from an early-stage tequila idea into a structured brand with a clearer commercial route to market.

Key outcomes to date include:

- Production pathway established through relationships with Mexican distillery and industry partners.

- Product and flavour development advanced: toward a defined premium proposition.

- Packaging strategy repositioned: to compete more credibly with contemporary luxury tequila brands.

- Supply-chain alternatives identified to improve negotiating power and reduce dependency on a single service provider.

- COGS brought into sharper focus: allowing sourcing and packaging decisions to be tested against the economics of the final product.

- UAE distribution conversations initiated: creating the foundation for a future market launch.
From liquid to launch.

Seduza is currently moving through the product-development and commercialisation phase.

Current priorities include finalising the liquid and packaging, controlling landed cost, completing regulatory and production requirements in Mexico, selecting the right supply-chain partners and building the route to market for the UAE.

The next milestone is simple:

Turn a promising tequila brand into a product ready to compete in the real world.
